Ľubomír Olach, the director of the Aurum Agency, was a poet of life because life has been a synonym of poetry for him. Actually, he became the author of a poem collection. Poem is a synonym to life for him – living, enjoying every new day, enjoying love, good wine, old friends, lovesongs and farewells promising new meetings. It is also necessary to get through the sadness, dissapointment and the fact that every journey has its end in a dignified way. This is the mission of the collection, which enters the intimate relationships between man and woman and does not escape from social topics reflecting feelings of one generation. Except for all these themes you can find here neverending optimism. If I die never mind..! But it was worth living!

| | 22.02.2008 - Winter Aurum Fitness Cup
In the end of February, the Aurum Agency organized already the second Winter Cup for all fitness fans. In the fitness centre of Holiday Inn hotel, nine competitors were contesting in various disciplines. The final one was actually in the swimsuits. The winner of the Aurum Cup was Martina Mullerová, Martina Marinkovičová and Paulína Galbavá. The atmosphere of the final was very good. Except for valuable material prices there was an exclusive price, too – a weekend stay in Tesáre ( district of Topoľčany ). Here, first three winners will have the possibility to train with the best Slovak trainers. After declaration of the results, one of the advertising partners Miroslav Mosný from WEB Slovakia surprised everyone with the decision of his company to pay the stay for all the girls. Finally, the atmosphere was more than positive.

| | 12.12.2007 - Orga-Trade Christmas party
An the middle of December we prepared a Christmas party for the Orga-Trade company managed by headmaster Ing. Eugen Menyhart. In the Theatre West, approximately 200 of guests really enjoyed the play “To bude problém“. Later, a little bit hungry they started to taste the prepared meals. Because hardly anybody wanted to leave, this reception was extended until late night.

| | 10.12.2007 - Wincor Nixdorf – All together in the same boat
On 10 th December, a Christmas rock party was organized for the Wincor Nixdorf company in the Marina botel. The motto of the party was actually – All togehter in the same boat. Accompanied with their bands, Marián Greksa and Barbara Šulíková were entertaining the guests with the music. Magican Peter Šesták wasn´t missing either. Everyone was having such a great time here – and there was almost a hundred of people.

This occasion was held in the Holiday Inn hotel in Bratislava and had a ceremonial atmosphere. Besides it being a little anniversary, the director of the Aurum Agency Ing Ľubomír Olach got christening of his collection of the poem “Keď zomriem tak nech..!“. The moderator of the event was Kamila Kováčiková and Jozef Husár was reciting a few poems about wine from the mentioned book. Certificate for the best young wine was given to the Hungarian with Cabernet Sauvignon by the Aurum Agency and European Wine Knightage. Godparents were Ľ.Jurík ( writer and chief-editor of an European monthly ), who wrote and read the introduction of this collection and F.Slezák ( wine consultant of the European Wine Knightage ), who wished the book to be succesful.

| | 18.10.2007 - 18.10.2007 1 st year of the Welten Aurum Golf Cup
In Slovakia, new golf playgrounds are finally being developed. The interest in golf has been growing extremly but compared with the Czech Republic, the amount of playgrounds is still very little. This is why the golf public was eagerly expecting the opening of the new playground in Báč. After the opening, there was the first Welten Aurum Golf Cup organized by Aurum Agency. It took place in a reconstructed castle from the 15 th century which has been used as the seat of the Welten golf club. Players were proving their qualities on the playground. The director of the City Bratislava hotel Ľudovít Gálka won the competition for the longest driwe. After such a surprise, except for winning the cup he found Sky Europe air tickets which were hidden in the cup! Trophies were also given to Tadeus Patlevič ( commercial director of Carexpress. ) and to Tomáš Kaličiak ( Sky Europe ). Husband and wife Krutí were at the second place. And the third place belonged to a pair – Miroslav Kaličiak and Gabriela Hrdá ( the owner of one of the biggest private galleries in BA ).

| | 18.08.2007 - 18.8.2007 the 8 th year of the benefit event “Stars to children“
This annual tennis benefit tournament was organized for the 8 th time to help children and nature. The winners were Peter Zajac and Peter Žembera. Satisfied with the second places, Pavel Miloš and Pavel Laurinc enjoyed some beer and “valašská slivovica“. The duel between Ľubomír Olach sn. and Ľubomír Olach jn. won the older one although the junior was finally more satisfied with the third place shared with Jozef Hriňák. Actually, they were having a better score of games. Cups were given to the winners by the organizator of the tournament Ľubomír Olach and Vladimír Volák.

Although this summer was mainly hot and dry, the weather was not at the side of the Castle Garden Party in Topoľčianky. For this reason the festive opening took place in the castle´s rotunda. Gentlemen in dark suits were merrily chatting about drinks and meals. They were looking forward mostly to tasting wine from Topoľčianky winery. Good entertainment was provided by a gypsy group and also musicians from the Funny Fellows and Zuzana Hásová.

At the beginning of the summer, a Summer Fitness Cup was held in the gym of the Holiday Inn Hotel in Bratislava. In a stuffy and hot weather,a look at the nice figures was really pleasant to see. In five disciplines Tatiana Kovalčíková,Denisa Zelenská and Edina Janská were the best. A gypsy band was entertaining everyone with their great music. All the girls had to get through the interview with a jury in front of the auditorium. Some girls were excercising excellently, the others had better figures or charisma so the jury had a really hard decision to make.

It was quite unusual that this year of the Aurum Golf Cup was organized in the northern part of Morava (which is the part of the Czech Republic) in Čeladná. In spite of the new golf court, many players from Slovakia, the Czech Republic but also from Slovenia came to find out who is the best. There were also many other activities in which could guests take a part, e. g. the beauty parlour Mary Kay, massages and banquet. The majority of our guests decided to take a part also in the III. year of Aurum Cup in the High Tatras.

Beauty and sport has won
During the last days an Aurum Fitness Cup was organized in the fitness centre in the hotel Holiday Inn. Eleven beautiful sportswomen could enjoy the real sporting atmosphere. All girls tried to do their best because the prizes were really interesting - e. g. Hi - Fi set, Gobelin tapestry of Alfonz Mucha and several sets of glasses. After this competition, guests were talking how to improve the level and how to attract more people to this event for the next year.

Another year of Golf Cup in the High Tatras was arranged by advertising agency Aurum in the beginning of the autumn 2006. This notable event was organized in the golf court Black Stork, where guests could see the exquisite panorama of the sunny peaks of the High Tatras. There were also many activities available for non – players, e. g. massages, banquet, driving range, etc.

At the end of the August the annual tennis benefit tournament in doubles was organized for the 7th time by Aurum agency and ALEXU foundation. In spite of the extremely hot weather (around 30°C), all the players did their best to win this tournament.

Business partners, clients, employees and invited guests of the ORGA – TRADE company met in the West theatre to celebrate another successful year and it ´s 15th birthday. In the photo you can see, that the chairman of the directorate Mr. Eugen Menyhart was given by the business director Miroslav Littmann an original symbolic present – a small wooden horse with a heavy cargo.

On 01. 12.2005 the III. year of International tasting of a “Young wine” was arranged by Aurum in Apollo Business Centre in Bratislava. More than 20 Slovak producers of a wine were present. From foreign producers the most interesting ones were from Morava (a part of the Czech Republic) and Austria. It can be said that the amount and quality of tasted wines are increasing. An interesting idea of using one name for all Slovak young wine made a splash, because it can help Slovak producers to sell more.

Aurum has already arranged the second Castle Garden Party in Topoľčianky on 24. 06. 2005, where guests listened to a lecture about the awarded wine Iršai Oliver from Italy by a sommelier Ing. Orlín from Topoľčianky. Later could guests scrimp on the various kind of meals and enjoy the gipsy music.

On 11. 06. 2005 a golf tournament was arranged in Veľká Lomnica, on the golf course Black Stork. This tournament was special not only because of the idea to help the High Tatras, but also because of the high sporting and social level and that´ s why it was extremely successful. In spite of the small problems with weather, 36 players could enjoy the breathtaking view of the peaks of the High Tatras and of the golf course, where is also better - class hotel with a pool situated. All this things considered this golf course with 18 holes is really unrivalled mainly because of the scenery of the High Tatras.

On 07. 03. 2005 in the co - operation with the company Car of the Year we organized the declaration of the results of the competition Car of the year 2005 and the Bestsellers of the year 2004. This event happened in the hotel Bôrik, where a Russian president Vladimír Putin lived one week before.

In spite of several technical problems, in the end of the January a traditional Christmas tournament in table - tennis was organized in the International table - tennis centre in Bratislava - Rača. People could compete in 8 categories and the most prestigious one, the category of the diplomats, was won by the ambassador of People ´s Republic of China HUANG ZHONGPO. He was awarded by Ladislav Ťažký, who is an important bard of the Slovak literature. So as you can see, this tournament was an important sport and social event.

On Sunday, 19. 12. 2004 Aurum prepared for the company ORGA TRADE a. s. and for their guests in the Aréna theatre a performance of a musical Dirty Dancing. Before this performance, the chairman of the directorate Mr. Eugen Menyhart thanked their business partners for another successful year 2004 and in the end gave a cheque to 100 000, - Sk to the president of the MEMORY foundation - Mr. Miroslav Dvorský. After the musical, guests could enjoy the atmosphere of the theatre and a banquet or spend the time with their friends till late midnight.
